FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL SARGODHA

Fauji Foundation Hospital Sargodha started functioning as Day Health Centre in 1995 and as Medical Centre in Oct 2001. It was up-graded as 10 bedded hospital with effect from 18 Jun 2016. The hospital provides treatment in the fields of Medicine, Gynecology, Surgery, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Dentistry and has X-Ray, Laboratory, ECG and Ultrasound facilities. The hospital also shuttles mobile dispensaries for the beneficiaries in the surrounding areas of Sargodha.

 

At present hospital is providing healthcare to about 13 indoor and 4,014 outdoor patients per month. As FFMC, during the year 2015-16,160 indoor, 29,709 outdoor patients and 18,453 patients in Mobile Health Clinics were treated. Since inception the hospital has provided healthcare service to over 0.90 million patients.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL MULTAN

The hospital has been upgraded from Medical Centre to Hospital and started functioning with effect from 28 Mar 2014 as 15 bedded facility, spread over an area of 2 kanals. The hospital is providing its services to beneficiary population in Southern Punjab including Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, Sahiwal, Dera Ghazi Khan and Bahawalpur districts. The hospital is providing treatment facilities in the fields like Medicine, Gynecology, Dentistry, Surgery, Pediatrics, Anaesthesia and has X-Ray, Laboratory, ECG and Ultrasound facilities. The hospital also shuttles mobile dispensaries for the Beneficiaries in the surrounding areas of Multan.

 

The hospital is providing healthcare to about 119 indoor and 3,443 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2015-16, 1,423 indoor, 29,012 outdoor patients and 12,305 patients in Mobile Health Clinics were treated. The hospital has provided healthcare services to over 1.10 million patients since inception.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL FAISALABAD

This project was started as a Medical Centre in Jul 1989. Fauji Foundation Medical Centre was upgraded to 20 bedded hospital in Jul 2009 and started functioning in Feb 2010.The areas of beneficiary population for healthcare include Tehsil Tandianwala, Sammundri, Gojra and Shahkot. This hospital provides treatment in the fields of Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Anaesthesia and has X-Ray, Laboratory, ECG and Ultrasound facilities. The hospital also runs mobile dispensaries in the surrounding areas of Faisalabad.

 

Hospital started indoor treatment of the patients on 15 Feb 2011. The hospital is providing healthcare to over 77 indoor and about 5,920 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2015-16, 925 indoor, 42,928 outdoor and 28,114 patients in Mobile Health Clinics were treated. Since its inception, hospital has provided health care services to over 0.29 million patients.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL KOHAT

Fauji Foundation Hospital Kohat is located at Bannu Road Kohat Cantt, started functioning as Dispensary on 28 Oct 1998, upgraded as Medical Centre wef 1 Jun 2009. It was upgraded as 15 bedded hospital wef 1 Oct 2016. This hospital provided treatment in the fields of Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Anaesthesia and Dentistry and has investigation facilities, X-Ray, Micro Lab, ECG and Ultra Sound facilities. The hospital also shuttles mobile clinics for the beneficiary population since 2009 in the surrounding area of Kohat. 

 

The hospital is providing healthcare to over 2,270 outdoor patients per month. As FFMC, during the year 2015-16, 16,198 outdoor patients and 10,440 patients in Mobile Health Clinics were treated. Since inception, the hospital has provided healthcare service to over .155 million patients.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL MANSEHRA

Fauji Foundation Hospital Mansehra was raised in May 1978 as Day Health Centre and started functioning in Oct 1978. It was upgraded to 20 bedded hospital with effect from 15 Jul 1992. It is spread over an area of 1.157 acre (10.8 kanals). The area of beneficiary dependence extends from Ghari Habib Ullah in the North to Abbottabad in the South which is a sizeable bulk of Beneficiaries in Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The hospital provides treatment facilities in the fields of Medicine,Gynaecology, Surgery, Pediatrics, Anaesthesia and Dentistry with Diagnostic facilities of Lab, ECG, USG and X-Ray. This project also shuttles mobile dispensaries for the Beneficiaries in the surrounding area.

 

The hospital provides healthcare to about 93 indoor and over 3,434 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2015-16, 1,118 indoor and 31,154 outdoor and 10,052 patients in Mobile Health Clinics were treated. Since inception, the hospital has provided healthcare services to over 1.31 million patients.

 

A modern Surgical Complex with 6 beds private rooms, a well equipped Operation theatre and offices for the Surgeon and Gynecologist have been added in 2011-12.
