FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL SIALKOT

Fauji Foundation Hospital Sialkot started functioning as Day Health Centre in 1986 and as Medical Centre in Nov 2002. It was up-graded as 20 bedded hospital with effect from 01 Oct 2004. Presently functioning as 10 bedded facilities. The hospital provides treatment in the fields of Medicine, Gynecology, Dentistry and has X-Ray, Laboratory, ECG and Ultrasound facilities. The hospital also shuttles mobile dispensaries for the Beneficiaries in the surrounding areas of Sialkot.

 

At present hospital is providing healthcare to about 111 indoor and 1,179 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2012-13, 1,334 indoor, 26,682 outdoor patients and 9,456 patients in mobile dispensaries were treated. Since inception the hospital has provided healthcare service to over 0.32 million patients.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL MULTAN

The hospital has been upgraded from Medical Centre to Hospital and started functioning with effect from 28 Mar 2014 as 15 bedded facility, spread over an area of 2 kanals. The hospital is providing its services to beneficiary population in Southern Punjab including Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, Sahiwal, Dera Ghazi Khan and Bahawalpur districts. The hospital is providing treatment facilities in the fields like Medicine, Gynecology, Dentistry and has X-Ray, Laboratory, ECG and Ultrasound facilities. The hospital also shuttles mobile dispensaries for the Beneficiaries in the surrounding areas of Multan.

 

The hospital is providing healthcare to over 2,760 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2012-13 (as Medical Centre) 18,769 outdoor patients and 14,358 patients in mobile dispensaries were treated. Indoor admission has also started with effect from 01 Apr 2014. The hospital has provided healthcare services to over 0.98 million patients since inception.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL FAISALABAD

This project was started as a Medical Centre in Jul 1989. Fauji Foundation Medical Centre was upgraded to 20 bedded hospital in Jul 2009 and started functioning in Feb 2010.The areas of beneficiary population for healthcare include Tehsil Tandianwala, Sammundri, Gojra and Shahkot. This hospital provides treatment in the fields of Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics and has X-Ray, Laboratory, ECG and Ultrasound facilities. The hospital also runs mobile dispensaries in the surrounding areas of Faisalabad.

 

Hospital started indoor treatment of the patients on 15 Feb 2011. The hospital is providing healthcare to over 81 indoor and about 2,980 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2012-13, 1,050 indoor, 24,932 outdoor and 10,828 patients in mobile dispensaries were treated. Since its inception, hospital has provided health care services to over 0.13 million patients.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL LACHI (KOHAT)

Fauji Foundation Hospital Lachi is located on Indus Highway 28 KM south of Kohat, spread over 98 Kanals. The hospital started functioning with effect from 1 Jun 1975 with a bed capacity of 50. Presently functioning as 30 bed facility. This hospital provides treatment in the fields of Medicine, Minor Surgery and Dental treatment. Investigation facilities, X-Ray, Micro lab, ECG and Ultrasound facilities are available. The hospital also shuttles mobile dispensaries for the beneficiary population since Feb 1998 in the surrounding area of Lachi (District Kohat).

 

The hospital is providing healthcare to over 100 indoor and 2,275 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2012-13, 1,204 indoor, 23,809 outdoor patients and 3,488 patients in mobile dispensaries were treated. Since inception, the hospital has provided healthcare service to over 1.71 million patients.

 

FAUJI FOUNDATION HOSPITAL MANSEHRA

Fauji Foundation Hospital Mansehra was raised in May 1978 as Day Health Centre and started functioning in Oct 1978. It was upgraded to 20 bedded hospital with effect from 15 Jul 1992. It is spread over an area of 1.157 acre (10.8 kanals). The area of beneficiary dependence extends from Ghari Habib Ullah in the North to Abbottabad in the South which is a sizeable bulk of Beneficiaries in Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The hospital provides treatment facilities in the fields of Medicine, Minor Surgery and Dentistry with Diagnostic facilities of Lab, ECG, USG and X-Ray. This project also shuttles mobile dispensaries for the Beneficiaries in the surrounding area.

 

The hospital provides healthcare to about 60 indoor and over 2,948 outdoor patients per month. During the year 2012-13, 715 indoor and 27,347 outdoor and 8,035 patients in mobile dispensaries were treated. Since inception, the hospital has provided healthcare services to over 1.20 million patients.

 

A modern Surgical Complex with 6 beds private rooms, a well equipped Operation theatre and offices for the Surgeon and Gynecologist have been added in 2011-12.
